The day this came it was used for sinus congestion in a child that had been on going for weeks. I let her breathe in the Meso Silver with the mouth piece and then I put the face mask on her which was too big but I tried holding it on tighter on the bottom and then tighter on the top of the face mask hoping to get as much Meso Silver into her as possible with an adult mask. It helps but this is more efficient use of the Meso Silver then putting it in the saline solution and washing it right out. This nebulizer helps the Meso Silver stay in the sinus area longer.
