The day this came it was used for sinus congestion in a child that had been on going for weeks. I let her breathe in the Meso Silver with the mouth piece and then I put the face mask on her which was too big but I tried holding it on tighter on the bottom and then tighter on the top of the face mask hoping to get as much Meso Silver into her as possible with an adult mask. It worked and she felt better the next day. We did this two times in one day. I bought it for the child and for the adults in the family. I wish there was a child face mask I could purchase to make this easier. I also used the mouth piece and let the child breathe air from it as I put it up under the nostrils. A child's face mask would be a good option to carry to make this really useful for the whole family. I am glad I bought this. I have used Meso Silver in the netti pot saline solution for years. It helps but this is more efficient use of the Meso Silver then putting it in the saline solution and washing it right out. This nebulizer helps the Meso Silver stay in the sinus area longer.
Product being used externally, I place a sprayer on the bottle and spray on after shower or facial wash. No residue or films. Also using a cap full in the water pick.

The nebulizer works well. Even better with a mask attached to it.
Nebulizers are a great way to administer 0.04% hydrogen peroxide and a 0.9% saline solution for lung infections.
When my order was delivered it was short some product. I called and left a message describing what I received and my order number and right away I received an email indicating that the missing product was being shipped.
